At Woodoc UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our UK distribution center; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
